Choose from build-your-own street tacos, hearty burritos, or rich quesadillas filled with 24-hour marinated beef skirt steak, chicken tinga, carne asada, or chili-rubbed chicken breast. Our tortillas themselves are gluten-free corn tortillas, with your choice of traditional corn or corn tortillas infused with spinach, cilantro, and lime, or chili flour. Our menu items also come with your choice of Spanish rice or chips and fire-roasted salsa as a side.
Our appetizers, desserts, and drinks perfectly complement our flavorful tortilla food truck menu. Start your meal off right with an order of elote (roasted street corn served with smoked paprika, cotija cheese, and cilantro lime mayo), chicken flautas with braised chicken, and Mexican crema sauce, or Spanish rice with stewed tomatoes, smoked paprika, carrots, and green peas. Then, after selecting your burrito, taco, or quesadilla and side, wash it all down with our authentic homemade horchata or an old-fashioned glass-bottled soda.
