Each tortilla is made by hand every single day for every dish we create. Next up, we top the tortillas with pork that is slowly braised in achiote for a full day; we believe this really brings out the flavors you will crave in these delicious tacos. Finally, we bring the decadence together with a fresh mixture of roasted tomatoes, garlic, pineapple, fresh avocado, pickled red onion, and of course, cotija cheese.
