By now, everyone knows that Modern Tortilla is based out of Phoenix and that the lion’s share of our routes cover the Valley of the Sun, but we think that Sedona deserves a little love too! The magic of the red rocks and the metaphysical qualities of the vortexes that can be found in the area are enhanced by the spicy goodness of our tacos, and because so many Valley residents love to head to the pines when the summer is at its hottest, we feel we are still serving the Phoenix Metropolitan area. Taco Talks
Our Sedona food truck runs a little differently than our regular food trucks, limiting its services to Sedona catering private events. Offering a taco-centric menu that will make every day feel like it is Taco Tuesday, your event will brought to the next level of wonderful, because let’s face it, our tacos ARE wonderful! We offer three types of tacos: chicken, beef, and a fantastic veggie taco made with sweet potatoes, caramelized onions, roasted corn and red peppers, and black beans. Hearty and filling, many carnivores discover that the fresh goodness of our veggie tacos are something they start to crave.
An Event to Remember
If you are a full-time or even part-time resident of Sedona, the best way to throw a memorable event is to ensure that there are plenty of red rock views from the event space and to serve your guests food that makes their mouths water just at the thought. Your guests will line up for seconds when they spot our taco carts in your backyard or our taco trucks in the front driveway, and when the last note of music has faded into the velvety night sky, the final taco has been devoured, and your guests are making their way home once again, you can be sure that they will be talking about you, your event, and the tacos that they will happily dream about when they are tucked into their own beds later that night.
