The holidays are such a stressful time of year, and although there is far less work involved at New Year’s, it may be one of the most stressful celebrations of all. It is so important that we get everything right or we feel as if the next 12 months of our life are going to reflect that failure, and even though that is just a superstition, we at Modern Tortilla can help to ease your mind by offering up our catering services. You can relax, concentrate on your outfit and your resolutions, knowing that our new menu will set the stage for a year of deliciousness. New Year, New Resolutions, Same Great Taste

The new year is always filled with the promise of perfection and as you resolve to eat better, take care of yourself more, and be more social, your New Year’s Eve party will help you consolidate all three of those things into one big night. Our menus, created with locally sourced ingredients, offer a chance to spoil yourself with delicious tacos, and because you are considering hiring us for your catering needs, you can be more sociable, hanging out with your guests while we do all the work! And yes, we have made some changes to what we offer, but as we mentioned above, your favorite tacos are still prominently featured, we just added some new things to give you an even bigger selection to choose from.

Three Menu Package Options

The first big change, however, is in how you will order your food. Offering three packages, A, B, & C, the packages are pretty straightforward.

Package A provides each guest with one entrée (two protein options) from our street tacos, including cilantro fresh tortilla chips or Spanish rice & refried beans. Package B offers the choice of street tacos, chicken fajita quesadilla, and our Southwest steak burrito with two sides. Package C is the largest of the three packages, featuring the same three main dish options, but includes a churro for dessert, bringing a smile to every mouth!

We also offer a churro bar and some new starters including shaved elote, Southwest chicken egg rolls, fresh guacamole, and a spicy green chili queso dip, all of which have already become a big success.
