Our food trucks are parked in Phoenix, but they have wheels and will go anywhere the wedding is in in the Valley of Sun, including your Tempe wedding venue. Although every town has its own vibe (Tempe’s is a youthful, creative, and fun vibe), our tacos, burritos, and quesadillas will fit the mood. Chances are your guests have tasted our treats many times at many different events over the years, and when the vows have been spoken, the photos have been taken, and it is time to dine, we can assure you that the sight of our colorful food trucks will bring huge smiles to all who know!

New Menu, Old Favorites, Same Great Taste

Modern Tortilla has been Tempe’s favorite food truck for about a decade now, and although we have recently made some updates on our menu, we promise that your old favorites will still be on there and the same great taste will have your taste buds cheering. We’ve also changed the catering packages we offer, making it easier to see what you’re getting.

Package A features a choice of one entrée (our street tacos) and includes chips and salsa and your choice of one side. Package B expands on what was offered in the first package, including two sides and adding our quesadilla and burrito as entrée choices. And finally, Package C is the same as B, but offers a churro for dessert. No matter which package you select, each bite your guests taste will be their favorite!
