When your name is Modern Tortilla, you have to expect that every day is Taco Tuesday, but this year, something we have been dreaming about happening is about to take place: Cinco de Maya lands on Taco Tuesday! This harmonic convergence of wonderful makes us ecstatic, just as our Build Your Own Taco Bars have been making Arizona happy for as long as we have offered them. But for those who may not have heard of this exciting feast, let us give you the details you have been waiting for. The premise is very simple: We provide the ingredients, either via delivery or pick-up, and you combine said ingredients in the way that speaks best to your stomach!
Our corn tortillas are handmade, and our cilantro-infused tortillas are designed to bring a smile to your taste buds! We offer a selection of meats, including steak, pork, and chicken for your dining pleasures. But never fear; our meats offer more than a way to add some protein to your diet! The chicken is tinga style, steak is a cut of skirt steak that has been marinated for over 24 hours, and the pork is slow braised, juicy, and so flavorful, you may never be able to enjoy pork any other way ever again! And along with the choice of meats, you will find salsas and cheeses, tomatoes and avocados, and everything that makes a Modern Tortilla taco the one you simply do not want to live without!
Our Cinco de Mayo Build Your Own Taco Bars are available for $29 for 2 or $55 for 4. Place your order before Monday, May 4th at 5PM for pickup on May 5th from 11AM-5PM.
