Payson Taco Truck

Payson is just a short drive away from our Phoenix base, and yet it can be much cooler, enticing many of our regular customers to make it their home. The good news is that whether Payson has always been your home and you have never sampled our tacos before or you just couldn’t take the heat any longer and now you are living in Payson, missing our Modern Tortilla tacos, you can smile happily and breathe a sigh of relief, because our catering services also extend out to your part of Arizona. Enjoy the best Payson Mexican food around when you visit or hire our Payson taco trucks!

The Flexibility of Our Taco Trucks

When you are throwing your next party, event, or small gathering, we can’t help you with the theme, the location, or the guest list, but because our taco trucks are smaller than the average food trucks, we can provide a spicy and delicious meal for you and your guests, no matter where you choose to celebrate. We think that flexibility is important when it comes to providing a service, and we care about our client’s needs, so when you hire Modern Tortilla for your upcoming party in Payson, you can relax about the food and concentrate on all the other matters that need tending to.

Are Tacos Too Simple for Your Fancy Event?

We could go into a long soliloquy about all the stars from the Oscars lining up in fast food drive-thrus after the show, but instead, we will tell you about all the happy brides who have hired our catering service for the biggest event in their lives. There’s something wonderful about the contrast of formal dress, including bridal gowns and tuxes, and the simple beauty of a taco about to be devoured and your fancy benefit, formal wedding, or important fundraiser will be that much more wonderful when our Modern Tortilla taco truck pulls into the party venue. Additionally, your guests will love you, because as you probably already know our tacos are the taste of the town, and the locally sourced ingredients from which they are created will make you feel good about what you are putting in your mouth.
