One of the three co-founders of Aioli Burger, D’Ambrosio and his childhood friends are at it again, reinventing the street taco with their new food truck Modern Tortilla. Featuring a playful mix of southwestern flavors and classical culinary training, their take on street tacos, burritos, and quesadillas has to be experienced to be believed (you don’t just “taste” these delicious dishes).
